Key Responsibilities：

1、Responsible for embedded product software design, coding implementation, and functional debugging;

2、Responsible for conducting software internal testing, functional testing, performance testing, and stability testing;

3、Responsible for preparing software design documents, test documents, and related documentation;

4、Coordinate and participate in hardware-software integration debugging and host computer debugging;

5、Responsible for continuous product optimization, customer technical support, and services.

Qualifications：

1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of work experience for bachelor's degree holders, or at least 3 years for master's degree holders. Majors in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Communications, or related fields are preferred;

2.Proficient in embedded C/C++ programming, familiar with Arm/DSP principles and application design;

3.Familiar with real-time multi-tasking operating system principles, driver development, and Bootloader porting;

4.Proficient in using development platforms such as Eclipse, CCS, Keil, and IAR;

5.Must have development experience in the power industry; experience in power meter development is preferred;

6.CET-4 or equivalent English proficiency, with the ability to read English chip user manuals and datasheets.

1、负责电力电子硬件产品及设计方案的制定、原理图设计、Layout设计；

2、负责硬件逐点摸底测试、可靠性测试、产品功能设计验证；

3、负责编写硬件设计文档、测试文档及相关文档；

5、负责逆变器等硬件方案的成本优化以及替代方案的设计。

任职要求：

1.全日制本科以上学历，本科工作5年以上，研究生工作3年以上，机械、电气工程、电力电子等相关专业；

2.具有较强的动手能力，精通Cadence/Protel或其它网络版等PC的设计工具；

3.具有良好的模拟和数字电路的专业知识,并具有分析和判断电路的能力，并熟悉常见电路测试和性能评价；

4.具有独立完成产品硬件设计以及独立解决难点的能力；

5.具备EMC设计、热设计、IGBT/SiC驱动设计经验；

6.工作认真踏实，能吃苦耐劳，具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；

7.具有较高的职业道德和保密意识。

3.卓越的战略思维，对新型储能行业有深刻洞察，具有丰富的市场资源;

4.强大的商务谈判、资源整合能力;

5.优秀的团队管理能力，能够激励和领导团队;

6.有创业经验，有负责新型储能行业相关产品开发或业务拓展经验者优先
